Lunchbox Love Notes 🤍

There are five different love languages that are commonly known: words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time and physical touch. Me, personally, my love language for receiving love is words of affirmation. When I’m trying to show the ones around me how much I love them, I lean towards acts of service. During our busy time of year the tensions tend to run a little high and all love languages go out the window from time to time. So during the busy, hot, dusty, and long days of the year I try to be a good (almost) wife! I wake up everyday before I go to my actual job and pack Kyle’s lunch. To most that would be a very minute and unimportant thing. But, to me, it’s important. I’m very thankful that each day when he wakes up he works so very hard to provide for us. So I, being a doer, make my (almost) Hubs a compilation of all the snacks and drinks that any five year old would love. But before I shut the lid and send him on his way, I always add my own special addition, a lunchbox love note. Now granted I could write a page long note and tell him how much I love and appreciate him, but that’s not his thing. So I add my own flare. Example Below! 🤪⬇️

Everyone has their own way of expressing their love and feelings. But don’t forget during the busy seasons of life, no matter what they may be, tell your farmer/rancher or anyone for that matter that you love and appreciate them. Google corny Dad jokes like I do, and give them a good laugh from time to time. But, Eat Beef and Pray for Rain, always! -A Cowman’s Wife
